To the Editor; Just a comment for a sports writer: In reading the recent story about seven-on-seven fall football flag or touch football, it seems more like gym class intramural except schools may play other schools in competition.

Everyone knows the story of Romeo and Juliet, star-crossed lovers immortalized by Shakespeare, separated by family feuds.

It is that time of year again, lawn signs are everywhere.

The havoc from COVID-19 is laying traps for families that they might not realize they’ve fallen into until it’s too late to fix them.

To the Editor; Have people in Piscataquis County seen a movie at the Center Theater? Have they seen the birthday of a friend posted up on the marquee? Did they go to any of the drive-in movies at the arena? Have they gone to the whoopie pie festival? In addition to watching the budget and keeping the theater in the black, all of these events have been successfully engineered by Patrick Myers, director of the theater, who is now running for county commissioner.

To the Editor; Recently Four Winds Snowmobile Club lost two culverts near the former Prides  Manufacturing facility in Guilford.
