    MILO — The town of Milo was recently notified the Maine Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be placing structural steel reinforcing under the decking of the Pleasant River bridge to preserve the existing life of the structure, starting right after Labor Day with an eight-week construction period.

    MILO — A project to repave Route 11 from the Main Street bridge to the Brownville town line is expected to go to construction in June.
