By Judy Harrison, Bangor Daily News Staff BANGOR — State epidemiologists have closed their investigation into a COVID-19 outbreak at the Penobscot County Jail, as the facility has gone at least two weeks without a new case of the virus, according to a Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention spokesperson.

Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife Regional Fisheries Supervisor Tim Obrey will discuss the trophy brook trout fishery that has developed on Moosehead Lake and the recent research and management associated with these shore-spawning fish.
