    The Piscataquis County Committee of the Maine Community Foundation recently awarded $20,850 in grants to area nonprofits, including the Center Theatre to purchase technology upgrades to host technology-based workshops, presentations, and seminars for the community.

    Mary Quinn Doyle, a Maine writer, photographer and certified teacher, volunteered to travel throughout Maine over the past two years, visiting 178 farms.
