By Stuart Hedstrom  Staff Writer    DOVER-FOXCROFT — Thirteen competitors and a pair of three-person teams traveled by water, bike and on foot during the Piscataquis Regional YMCA’s fifth annual Tri for the Y Sprint Triathlon on the morning of July 19.

    Five runners from the region took part in the Shipyard Half Marathon and 5K on July 13 in Portland.
