Staff Report     DEXTER — There will be a benefit supper, silent auction and raffle for Scott Wintle of Dexter on Saturday, Nov.

    Piscataquis County families in need are invited to register their children for the Piscataquis Santa Project to receive warm winter clothing (boots, jackets, ski pants, hats and mittens) and a special toy or gift at Christmas time.
