To the Editor:    Again? Hard to believe, but having been defeated year after year, proposals to implement drastic cuts to the Medicare Savings Program (MSP) and the Drugs for the Elderly (DEL) have been reintroduced as part of the Governor’s 2015 budget proposal.

To the Editor:    As a member of the Maine Green Independent Party, and as a citizen elected to a municipal office, I am concerned with details of Governor LePage’s proposed budget, which cuts the upper income tax rates.
