Teresa J. Ross, 57, passed away July 22, 2016 at her Caribou residence following a number of years of declining health. She was born in Stillwater, OK, April 14, 1959, the daughter of the late Jack and Neva (Jenkins) Hansen.
Teresa was a graduate of East Anchorage Alaska High School and was employed as a public health caregiver for a number of years. She married Donald Ross July 7, 1979 and was a loving and devoted wife for over 37 years.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Don, of Caribou are one brother Steven Hansen of Seattle, WA., Four sisters; Helen Chambers and Sharon Pointer both of Houston, TX., Shyla Wells of Anchorage, AK., and Jessie Forsythe of Oregon. Her father in law and mother in law, Emmett and Ruth Ross of Caribou, several nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family at the Mockler Funeral Home 24 Reservoir Street Caribou 1:00pm Friday July 29, 2016 until time of services which will be held at 2:00pm with Rev. Joe Mortland, officiating. Interment will be in the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery. www.mocklerfuneralhome.com
