Foxcroft runs at Presque Isle Invitational

PRESQUE ISLE — The Foxcroft Academy cross country team traveled to Aroostook County on Sept. 11 to take part in the Presque Isle Invitational on the campus of the University of Maine at Presque Isle. The Pony boys finished with a score of 118 points to place fifth among six teams.

Foxcroft senior Noah Ferioli led the team by placing fourth among 43 runners with his time of 17 minutes, 53.57 seconds. Senior Ethen Eakright came in 11th with his time of 18:18.36.

The other three Ponies were senior Josh Sinclair, 38th at 23:53.61; sophomore Skyler Patrick, 42nd at 28:19.77; and freshman Cayden Abbott Dellamora, 43rd at 45:18.02.

In the girls’ meet, Foxcroft had two runners.

Junior Zoey Eakright came in 23rd among a field of 35 with her time of 27:10.89. Freshman Nina Espinosa placed 26th in a time of 28:15.05.
