Greenville area seniors invited to bus trip to see live theatre performance
GREENVILLE —- Using some of the funds raised from the 2025 Moosehead Festival of Trees CCM Events & Fundraising has donated $2,500 to the Senior Lounge in Greenville to take a total of 50 senior citizens from the area on an outing. Upscale bus transportation and 50 tickets to see the live show of the musical comedy whodunit “Curtains!” at the Lakewood Theater in Madison are being provided.
There’s still a few seats left for residents of Greenville, Beaver Cove, Rockwood, Shirley and Monson. To sign up residents can visit the Senior Lounge, open every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., or contact Laurie Muzzy at laurie.muzzy@gmail.com.
If all seats have not been taken by July 29, the Senior Lounge will be opening up to the Guilford area for seniors there to grab a spot. So stay tuned or contact Muzzy for more information.
