UMaine-Presque Isle spring dean’s list

PRESQUE ISLE — Four area students were among the 1,411 at the University of Maine at Presque Isle have been named to the dean’s list for the spring semester, according to Dr. Alana Margeson, provost and vice president of academic affairs.

The four honorees are Karis Dankert of Dover-Foxcroft, Jayna Robinson of Dexter, Hannah Dow of Guilford and Nick Hammond of Lagrange.

There are no distinctions between highest honors, high honors and honors due to academic policy; instead, all students who achieve academic distinction appear on one honors list.

Additionally, there is an award category to recognize the academic achievements of part-time students. Local part-time honorees are Olivia Riitano of Abbot and Charles Gokas of Dexter.
