Center Theatre announces April Vacation Theater Camp
DOVER-FOXCROFT – The Center Theatre announced the return of the annual April Vacation Theater Camp, running from Monday, April 21 through Friday, April 25. The camp will take place daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Commons Event Center at Central Hall and the Center Theatre, providing an engaging and fun-filled week of activities for children during the school break.
Patrick Myers, the Center Theatre’s executive director, said he looks forward to another successful camp experience for area kids.
THEATER CAMP — Kids work on scenes at a previous Center Theatre April Vacation Theater Camp. Registration is now open for the 2025 Vacation Camp running from April 21–25.
“Our April camp program offers a fun week where children will work on a short piece for a performance for friends and family on Friday. And, of course, have a great time,” he said. “We’re offering camp on a pay-what-you-can basis so as many kids as possible will be able to take part.”
This year, David Murray, a seasoned director and educator, will direct the camp.
