Academic celebrations at SAD 4

    GUILFORD — School Administrative District 4 recently celebrated the academic achievements of its students in grades 3-8. Each year these students are required to take state level tests in both reading and mathematics.

    This year the results showed progress in several areas. Over 200 students achieved the “Proficient” or “Proficient with Distinction” rating on at least one of the tests. Two celebrations were held to award these students with a Certificate of Achievement and a small token of appreciation. Both celebrations were extremely well attended.
    SAD 4 would like to say congratulations and thank you to all the students and their families for making learning an important part of their daily life.
