Foxcroft and Dexter X-C run in Old Town

OLD TOWN — The Foxcroft Academy and Dexter Regional High School cross country teams took part in the 2023 Old Town Invitational on Sept. 28 at Old Town High School.

Pony senior Runner Jarrett covered the 5K course in a time of 18 minutes, 47.10 seconds to place 26th overall among a field of 83 entrants.

Foxcroft sophomore Pace Jarrett finished 31st with his time of 19:15.43. Sophomore Ethen Eakright was 60th at 22:52.26.

In the girls’ varsity race, Dexter junior Annabelle Peakes came in 36th among 63 entrants with her time of 25:40.52.

Tiger senior Lillian Cooley finished 49th at 28:10.31, and sophomore Jacee Lounsbury was 54th in 29:28.05.

Foxcroft sophomore Marion Deitz ran a time of 26:49.50 to place 43rd.
