Dover-Foxcroft candidate event Saturday

DOVER-FOXCROFT — In anticipation of the Nov. 2 municipal election, the Piscataquis Chapter of the League of Women Voters of Maine is sponsoring a nonpartisan candidate forum in Dover-Foxcroft on Saturday, Oct. 9 from 10-11:30 am, under the tent at the Thompson Free Library.

All declared candidates for Selectman, Assessor and Overseer of the Poor have been invited to participate. This is a public service offered by the LWV for voters to have an opportunity to hear from the candidates and ask them questions about issues of concern.
