Dover-Foxcroft candidates forum May 17

DOVER-FOXCROFT — In anticipation of the June Dover-Foxcroft municipal elections, the Highlands Regional Chapter of the League of Women Voters of Maine is hosting a nonpartisan Meet the Candidates Forum on Saturday, May 17 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Central Hall Commons. All declared candidates for Dover-Foxcroft Select Board and RSU 68 Board of Directors have been invited to participate. This is a public service offered by the LWVME for voters to have an opportunity to get to know the candidates and ask them questions about issues of concern.

The Town of Dover-Foxcroft Municipal Candidate Election and Budget Validation Referendum is on Tuesday, June 10. Polls are located at the Morton Avenue Municipal Building Gymnasium. Polls are open for voting 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
