Piscataquis Criminal Docket

  DOVER-FOXCROFT — The following cases were heard under the Piscataquis Criminal Docket at the Piscataquis Judicial Center during May and June.

Travis Ryan Adams, 23, Dexter: assault, dismissed; and aggravated assault, nine months in prison, all but 15 days suspended, one-year probation and $375.85 restitution.

Jordan Adkins, 18, Sangerville: minor transporting liquor, $200 fine.

Justin L. Adrich, 25, Abbot: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Jordan P. Allen, 28, Milo: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (three counts), $400 fine and five days in jail (first, third), dismissed (second); and operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.

Roger J. Audette, 50, Augusta: permitting unaccompanied person under 16 to operate ATV, $100 fine.

Christine Baird, 35, Dover-Foxcroft: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Scott Wayne Bridge, 31, Guilford: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and ice fishing shack violation, $100 fine.

James A. Burgess, 44, Dexter: keeping unlicensed dog, $50 fine; and violation of rabies prevention chapter 720, $25 fine.

Clayton E. Burton Sr., 62, Blanchard: burglary (four counts), three years in prison, all but six months suspended (each), two years’ probation (first, fourth), three years’ probation (second, third), $6,696 restitution (third); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (eight counts), one month in jail (second-fourth, seventh, eighth), two months in jail (first, fifth), three years in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years’ probation (sixth); criminal mischief (three counts), two months in jail (each); and aggravated criminal mischief, three years in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years’ probation.
