SeDoMoCha Staff Parade June 10

DOVER-FOXCROFT — During the morning of Wednesday, June 10 staff from the SeDoMoCha School will be traveling throughout the RSU 68 district towns, waving to students and families as a way to say thank you for all their hard work —  staff miss them very much.

Bring your family to wave hello to your teachers, who would love to see signs and sidewalk chalk too. Remember to keep a safe distance from each other. Please note, the procession will not be stopping in any town so that teachers can comply with CDC guidelines and not create crowds of more than 50 people. The procession will include a bus and some participants will be taking their own cars. Police and fire vehicles will also be on portions of the route.

The lineup will be at the school, leaving SeDoMocha at approximately 9 a.m. (all times are estimated). From there the parade travels to downtown Monson, turning around at 9:30 a.m. and heading to Charleston via Route 15.

At the four corners, the group will turn left onto the Center Road at 10:15 a.m., where at the end of the road the route turns left toward the village at 10:30 a.m. SeDoMoCha staff will then continue on to Atkinson with an approximate 11 a.m. arrival. The same road will lead to the four corners in Sebec, 11:30 a.m., and then back to Dover-Foxcroft.

Dover-Foxcroft destinations are turning left onto Fairview Avenue to Essex Street (11:45 a.m.), turning right to Main Street (11:50 a.m.), and turning right to travel through town. This portion of the morning includes turning right at the light onto North Street, turning right onto Summer Street and turning left onto Harrison Avenue to return to SeDoMoCha at about 12:15 p.m.
