DOVER-FOXCROFT — Runners can earn their whoopie pies by taking part in the Piscataquis Area Community Center’s 3K and children’s 1K road races on Saturday, June 14 as part of the annual Maine Whoopie Pie Festival.

DOVER-FOXCROFT — A big step was taken in the efforts of the Piscataquis Area Community Center to open at the former Piscataquis Regional YMCA facility at 48 Park Street in Dover-Foxcroft.
