BREWER — Athletes from four area high schools took part in the 2024 Penobscot Valley Conference junior varsity outdoor track and field championship on May 21 at the Brewer Community School.

OLD TOWN — Outdoor track and field teams from Piscataquis Community Middle School, Ridge View Community School, and SeDoMoCha Middle School concluded the 2024 season with other schools from around the region at the Almquist Middle School Invitational on Monday, May 20 at Old Town High School.

OLD TOWN — The Piscataquis Community High School outdoor track team concluded the regular season with a Penobscot Valley Conference meet at Old Town High School on May 18.

ORONO — The Foxcroft Academy boys track team finished second in the team’s final Penobscot Valley Conference regular season meet on May 17 at Orono High School.

The Three Rivers Kiwanis held its annual Sebec Canoe/Kayak Race Saturday, May 11 with paddlers traveling eight miles from Sebec Village to the Milo boat landing.
