DOVER-FOXCROFT — Dexter’s Brandon Allen and Piscataquis of Guilford’s Haylee Patterson were among the top local competitors in Saturday’s Penobscot Valley Conference small-school track and field championships held at Oakes Field on the campus of Foxcroft Academy.

BREWER — Renee Smith of Foxcroft Academy won the girls shot put at the Penobscot Valley Conference Junior Varsity Outdoor Track and Field Championships on May 25 at the Brewer Community School.

ORONO — The Piscataquis Regional YMCA Waves visited the Wallace Pool at the University of Maine on March 4-6 to compete against Y teams from across Maine.
