ROLLING DOWN THE RIVER — Boaters will once again be taking to the waters of the Piscataquis River for the Dover-Foxcroft Kiwanis’ 41st annual Piscataquis River Race on Saturday, April 27. The race starts at 11 a.m. at King Cummings Park in Guilford, with registration beforehand, and travels down river to the finish line across the street from Foxcroft Academy.
