Piscataquis Criminal Docket

DOVER-FOXCROFT — The following cases were heard under the Piscataquis Criminal Docket at the Dover-Foxcroft Courthouse during the month of February.

Chad Melland, 41, Hudson: probation violation, seven months in jail and probation revoked.

William McPeek, 38, Monroe, NY: operating snowmobile under influence, over 21, $800 fine.

Wayne Parks, 30, Bangor: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail; failure to appear in court on criminal summons, $250 fine; and failure to appear after bailed, 48 hours in jail.

Colby Michaud, 19, Greenfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 months in prison, all but three months suspended and two-year probation.

Jason R. Lagasse, 35, Greenville: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, $250 fine; violating condition of release, $250 fine and failing to appear in court, $200 fine.

Andrew Maurice Langley, 20, Bangor: aggravated assault, 90 days in jail, $929.21 restitution; and failure to appear in court on criminal summons, 30 days in jail.

Lisa Davis, 55, Cambridge: OUI (alcohol), $700 fine, 150-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.

Christopher K. Royal, 29, Dover-Foxcroft: attaching false plates, $150 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.

Timothy S. Fogg, 26, Dover-Foxcroft: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.

Daniel Adams, 37, Garland: fish violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.

Lesley Cunningham, 51, Dover-Foxcroft: operating while without license, $150 fine.

Amy Richardson, 43, Dover-Foxcroft: domestic violence assault, $300 fine.

Neil J. Warren, 28, Dexter: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Morris W. Sudsbury, 62, Guilford: harassment by telephone, $250 fine.

Dillon R. Haight, 21, Burnham: rule violation, $150 fine.

Mariah R. Corson, 22, Dexter: criminal mischief, $300 fine and $293.28 restitution.

Jamika L. Cookson, 22, Old Town: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Philip M. Smith III, 32, Brownville Jct.: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.

Donesha Paul, 31, Bradley: failing to make oral or written accident report, $200 fine.

Brandon W. Kester, 26, Dover-Foxcroft: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.

Patrick Settle, 28, Brownville: operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, 150-day license suspension.

Lyle Sawyer, 31, Milo: assault, $300 fine and 24 hours in jail.

Steven E. Sobel, 51, Franklin: discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $100 fine.

Donald L. Sevick, Jr., 51, Brownville: domestic violence assault, 45 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended and two-year probation; obstructing report of crime and domestic violence criminal threatening, 48 hours in jail (each).

Doug Flewelling, 64, Moosehead Lake: possessing fish in violation, $120 fine.

Carroll S. Weeks, Jr., 50, Guilford: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures and violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail (each).

James O. Goldsmith, 38, Dover-Foxcroft: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.

Norman E. Bashaw III, 20, Dexter: violating fishing rule, $100 fine.

Bert Allan Boone, 33, Sangerville: operating ATV on land of another without permission, $100 fine.

Douglas P. Courser, 57, Sabattus: unlawful cutting of trees, $100 fine and $5,010.76 restitution.
