Christopher Clukey, 33, Sangerville: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $881.73 restitution; and failing to appear in court on criminal summons, dismissed.

Dustin Colbry, 28, Dover-Foxcroft: assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine.

Mariah Corson, 21, Hartland: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

James T. Cross II, 43, Guilford: operating watercraft under the influence over 21, $500 fine; and operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.

John R. Dean, 36, Conway, NH: violation of watercraft rules, $100 fine.

Deloge Sr., 57, Medway: deceptive business practices (two counts), $1,000 fine (first), $1,000 fine, all suspended (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), dismissed (first, second), $1,000 fine, all suspended (third); and criminal mischief, $1,000 fine, all suspended.
