Stories sought for Abbot memory book

ABBOT — The Abbot Historical Society is collecting stories for an upcoming book “Memories of Abbot” as part of the town’s 2027 Bicentennial anniversary.

If you grew up in Abbot, had family from the town or just have an interesting story involving the town, please contact Wayne Bennett at campbenson1965@gmail.com. If you would jot down your story and mail it the address at PO BOX 173, Guilford, Maine 04443 or you can pass it along to any member of the historical society. This will be a wonderful way to pass along your memories.
