Fall is full of new opportunities at Community Fitness
GUILFORD — As summer winds down, Friends of Community Fitness in Guilford is getting ready for an exciting fall season filled with new programs, classes and opportunities to connect with our community.
One of the first things to mark on your calendar is Weatherbee School of Dance registration night from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 25. Families can stop by to learn more and register for the upcoming dance season for ages 2-12.
Several other fall programs will require advance registration, including Intro to Line Dancing, ballroom dancing, Zumba and our SilverSneakers classes. If you’ve been thinking about trying something new, fall is the perfect time to get started!
We’re also excited to introduce our Monday Morning Mom Walk at 8:30 a.m. This new walking group is free and open to everyone in the community — no membership required. It’s a great way to get moving, meet other moms and start the week on a healthy note.

REGISTRATION NIGHT — A registration night for a Weatherbee School of Dance session for ages 2-12 through Friends of Community Fitness will be from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 25, part of Community Fitness’ fall programs.
For our members, we’re pleased to offer free sauna and chromolight therapy during designated times each week. It’s another way Community Fitness is working to provide opportunities for relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness.
And if you’re looking to shake up your fitness routine, check out our new fitness classes: Bootcamp Blitz, Breaking Boundaries and Triple Burn. Each offers a different way to challenge yourself, build strength, improve endurance, and keep your workouts exciting.
With so much happening this fall, there’s never been a better time to come see what Community Fitness has to offer. Come try a new class, meet some new people and give your fitness journey a boost this fall!
