PVC honors
A number of athletes from across the region received recognition from the Penobscot Valley Conference for their performances during the 2026 spring season.
The PVC Class B baseball First Team includes Thomas Day of Foxcroft Academy. Day also received a Spirit of the Game award.
Brady Gaw of the Dexter Regional High School/Piscataquis Community High School cooperative earned Class C Pitcher of the Year honors. Gaw and teammate Noah Kain are both on the First Team.
Dexter/PCHS’ Kody Kimball and Will Simpson are Third Team honorees.
Aidan Murano of Penquis Valley High School is a Class D Third Team pick.
For softball, Foxcroft Academy’s Jenna Hartford was named to the Class B Second Team.
Lili Bisson of Foxcroft Academy earned Spirit of the Game recognition.
Dexter’s Desiree Adam is on the Class C First Team.
Abagail Trafton and Kallie Stone of Dexter were both named to the Third Team.
Class D First Team honorees include Brooklyn Decker and Makayla Cook of Penquis.
Penquis’ Amara Driscoll is on the Second Team.
Patriot head coach Hazen Conlogue is the Coach of the Year.
For PVC tennis, the boys Class C Second Team includes Dexter’s Jacoby Pratt and Bryce Cooper in doubles.
In boys Class B the Second Team has Filippo Spanedda of Foxcroft Academy.
The girls Class C First Team includes Ariana Crosby of PCHS.
PCHS’ Ava Goulette and Kiara Moore are on the Second Team for doubles.
The Class B Second team includes Foxcroft’s Kendall Killam and Nola Mason in doubles.
