Sebec River Canoe and Kayak Race May 9

Three Rivers Kiwanis presents the 20th annual Sebec River Canoe and Kayak Race on Saturday, May 9.

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. at Sebec Reading Room, 665 Moulton Hill Road, with the start below the dam in the village. The race ends down the river at Milo’s Veterans Park. 

Cost is $20 for adults and $15 for entrants aged 15 and under. The registration fee gets you a T-shirt, lunch, raffles and medals at the end of the race (for the top three in each canoe and kayak race and recreational category). Volunteers will bring racers back to their car if needed. Proceeds from the race help area children’s and community programs.
