Foxcroft Academy represented at Independent Schools Day at the State House

AUGUSTA — The Maine Association of Independent Schools Day was held at the State House on Jan. 20. Students and faculty from independent schools across the state, including Foxcroft Academy, had the opportunity to speak with legislators and attend the day’s House and Senate sessions.

“Independent schools like Foxcroft Academy play an important role in Maine’s educational landscape,” said Sen. Stacey Guerin, R-Glenburn. “I appreciated the opportunity to hear directly from students about their experiences and to see their enthusiasm for civic engagement.”
