Wayside Grange & Theatre brings back Annual Variety Show

DEXTER — Wayside Grange & Theatre is wrapping up the 2025 season by presenting the Annual Variety Show on Saturday, Oct. 11. At 6:30 p.m. the doors will open for a gathering together of friends, neighbors and family for an evening of relaxing fun, hilarity and toe tapping music. At 7 p.m. the historically  acclaimed Variety Show will commence and there will be funny skits (or not), legendary and local musicians and munchies in the middle.

At intermission the Wayside Grange Kitchen will be serving amazing and delicious homemade desserts, made locally by the clever members, and they will serve cold drinks and “pretty good” coffee in the downstairs dining area.

There is no need for reservations and tickets are only $15 per person, with all proceeds going to furthering the betterment of the hall and upkeep.

The Wayside Grange & Theater presents programs of theater and music in the old Maine historic Grange building in a country setting and is acoustically perfect for these events. The building has served the Dexter community for decades and has continued in 2025 and hopefully for decades to come.

If you would like to join Wayside Grange & Theatre and/or volunteer, call Tim Breen at 207-355-5507 and please check out our Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/waysidestage.

We have a ground level entrance on the side of the building and can be found at 851 North Dexter Road (Route 23) in North Dexter.
