YEE-HAW! — Dancers enjoying the PRYMCA’s new line dancing class Friday mornings at 9:30.

“As we get more feedback from the community we’re trying to offer different classes that might be of interest,” said Deb Boyd the Y’s executive director. “We have been getting suggestions and ideas from our seniors which led to our popular line dancing class on Friday mornings. With the support of the town of Dover-Foxcroft, we’ve been able to expand our senior programming and offer more diverse activities for the senior community. We’re always listening for new ideas and welcome anyone’s suggestions for future programming and activities.”
This year, the Y is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the opening of the facility on Park Street. Over the course of the year there will be special events and promotions to thank the community for its support.
The Piscataquis Regional YMCA is a mission-driven organization that is committed to the community and dedicated to promoting healthy spirit, mind, and body for all, through programs and services grounded in Christian heritage and the core values of caring, honest, respect and responsibility.
