SeDoMoCha X-C runs at Inland Championship

LINCOLN — The SeDoMoCha Middle School cross country team concluded the season by taking part in the 2024 PVML Inland championships on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at Mattanawcook Academy.

The Eagle boys scored 266 points to finish 10th among 13 schools.

Hunter McKusick led SeDoMoCha as he covered the 1.94-mile course in a time of 13 minutes, 35.56 seconds. McKusick-Slama placed 12th among a field of 114 entrants.

Next to the cross the finish line was Grason MacFarlane who was 40th in 15:42.98. Aiden Sander came in 64th at 17:17.06. Abel Mishio finished 72nd in 18:11.75. Sklyer Patrick concluded the SeDoMoCha contingent as he placed 78th in 18:31.49.

The Eagle girls came in eighth among nine teams with a score of 276 points.

Olivia Mishio was the first SeDoMoCha runner to cross the finish line. She came in 14th among a field of 132 entrants with her time of 14:54.34.

Elizabeth Deitz finished 39th in 16:39.78. Natalie Cannon was close behind in 41st place at 16:45.56. Elsa Vandermast placed 88th in 19:33.84. Maxine Parrish rounded out the scoring five by coming in 94th in a time of 21:05.46.

Adelaide Bushmann and Kaitlin Sander had a photo finish as the two were 112th and 113th with respective times of 23:34.15 and 23;34.16.
