ALL-AMERICAN CHEERING

This summer Alyssa Murano, a junior at Penquis Valley High School in Milo, attended an NCA (National Cheerleaders Association) Cheering Camp with some of her teammates, where she was nominated for the All-American Team.

Murano had to try out for this team and was scored on tumbling, spirit, jumps and a cheer. Murano made the All-American Team which allows her to participate in NCA sponsored events, including the Christmas Extravaganza at Disney World. She will also be cheering in the Christmas parade, which will be aired on Christmas Day.
