Musical memories come alive at the Center Theatre

DOVER-FOXCROFT — The Center Theatre and the Slightly Off-Center Players will be presenting a night of musical memories the weekend of Oct. 17-19. A cast of talented local singers will be performing songs from some of the best musicals at the Center Theatre over the years.
“The Slightly Off-Center Players have performed so many wonderful shows that choosing the right songs was very difficult,” said Angela Bonacasa, the Center Theatre’s executive director, “When you think about all the different musicals done by the Center Theatre over the years, the choices were hard to make. We know the audience will love the show, and the performers will be throwing in a few surprises as well. The show will start with a number of songs by a children’s choir, followed by the adults taking the stage for the rest of the evening. The Monson Jammers will also join in for a few numbers along the way.”

Musical Memories will be at the Center Theatre for only one weekend. The all local cast will take the stage on Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
