KEEPING THE PRYMCA COOL (AND HOT) — PRYMCA Executive Director Deb Boyd recently presented Dave’s World of Dover-Foxcroft with a thank-you card signed by members for the business’ generous donation of the three heat pumps in the background. From left is Bob Jankunas, Dan Sharrow, Boyd, Matt Scott and Rob Stevens.

“We couldn’t be happier with the effect the heat pumps have had on our facility and our membership,” said Deb Boyd, the PRYMCA’s executive director “By all accounts, this has been the most comfortable summer our members have ever had at the YMCA. The great thing about this equipment is that once the summer is over, they will help us efficiently heat the space in the winter which will save us quite a bit in utility costs.” Boyd presented Dave’s World with a thank-you card signed by hundreds of members as a small token of their appreciation.
Anyone who wants to see the heat pumps in action is welcome to stop by the PRYMCA at 48 Park Street during regular business hours. The PRYMCA is a cause-driven organization that is committed to the community and dedicated to promoting healthy spirit, mind, and body for all, through programs and services grounded in Christian heritage and the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
