Senior Master Sgt. Chambers retires from the U.S. Air Force

lo-chambers-cp-po-31    Senior Master Sgt. Jason S. Chambers culminated his career with the U.S. Air Force serving as the tactical communications flight superintendent, First Special Operations Communications Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Fla. Chambers is a 1989 graduate of Foxcroft Academy and is the son of Lucy Chambers and the late Martin Chambers. 

    Chambers led 85 deployable communications professionals across five work centers comprising six diverse field sets. He directed daily operations for 18 deployable Special Operations Communications UTCs valued at $37 million. Chambers organized, trained and equipped quick reaction communication forces across five geographic regions to meet or exceed communication requirements critical to attaining battlefield objectives. Chambers choreographed worldwide deployments, installation and operations of tactical communication equipment to support Special Operations Force’s worldwide response commitments. Most importantly, he developed diverse tactical communications professionals that are capable of delivering premier communications support and have built a reputation for true success.
    Chambers grew up in Dover-Foxcroft, and entered the U.S. Air Force as an active duty service member in May 1991. His background includes technical expertise in ground radio and RF Transmission Systems. He has been stationed at 13 locations around the world. He is the husband of Belen Chambers and father to Kiawa and Mitchell.
