Selfless Selfie Community Cereal Challenge

In the summer while everyone is enjoying vacation, food banks across the country struggle to meet the demand from families that rely on them each month to help make ends meet. It’s the hardest part of the year for pantries.
Hicksville Photography is issuing a challenge. Through the end of July, a friend from New Jersey will match box for box every gift of cereal you make to your local food bank up to 500 boxes. If you give 10, she will give 10. If all of you together match 500, she will match 500 and between us we will have provided 1,000 boxes of cereal to our local communities. Her cereal boxes will be given to the Somerset County Food Bank in New Jersey. We will track posts of the U.S. map of everywhere our donations were made. Please make healthy choices!

Take a selfless selfie of your cereal box, name of food bank and list your city and state. Post to one of these local pages: www.facebook.com/hicksvillephotography, www.facebook.com/SebecLakeMaine or www.facebook.com/DoverFoxcroftMaine.
Will’s Shop & Save in Dover-Foxcroft has agreed to collect donated cereal for the challenge. Just let clerks know it’s a donation for the Selfless Selfie Community Cereal Challenge.
