On Feb. 5 members of the Maine Basketball Hall of Fame board of directors announced the first inductees will be revealed later this spring, during a presentation at the Hall of Fame’s home at the new Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.
Among those making the announcement were from left, Emily Ellis, Charlie Woottan, current Penquis Valley High School Athletic Director and former longtime high school basketball coach Tony Hamlin and Board of Directors Chair, and former School Union 60 Superintendent, Steve Pound.
