    Warren R. Benson, 22, Dover-Foxcroft: violating protective order, 364 days in jail; domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening, five years in prison, (each).
    Micah Bickmore, 19, Kenduskeag: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Raymond L. Blanchard, 52, Monson: unlawfully shooting or discharging firearm or crossbow, $200 fine.
    Richard M. Bragdon, 48, North Berwick: operating ATV on land of another without permission, $100 fine.
    Bruce Bronson, 46, Franklin, N.H.: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.

    Steven F. Golden, 41, Brownville Jct.: violating condition of release, $250 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
    Jeffery Allen Goodine, 42, Milo: criminal restraint, 10 days in jail; domestic violence assault, nine months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, two years’ probation and $500 restitution; domestic violence criminal threatening, 10 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Gary E. McCleary, 60, Brownville: failing to operate ATV at prudent speed, $200 fine; and operating ATV under the influence over 21, $750 fine.
    Louis A. McLaughlin, 32, Dover-Foxcroft: domestic violence assault, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and burglary, six months in jail (each); violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and aggravated assault, dismissed.
    Billie Jean Mellott, 51, Dover-Foxcroft: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
    Duane A. Miller Jr., 68, Winterport: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine; and fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.

    Eric Saggau, 31, Dover-Foxcroft: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail; violating protective order (two counts), 90 days in jail (first) and 30 days in jail (second); terrorizing, 60 days in jail; refusing to sign criminal summons, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release (four counts), 30 days in jail (each); and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, six months in jail.
    Emma E. Saunders, 24, Dover-Foxcroft: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 72 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Ricardo Javier Diaz, 48, Brownville: domestic violence assault (three counts), 90 days in jail (each); and domestic violence terrorizing, 90 days in jail.
    Dana S. Romsey, 35, Medford: gross sexual assault, furnishing administering, employing intoxicant and aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, dismissed (each); sexual abuse of a minor, 18 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation; and furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
