    TRAVIS COUNTY, TX – Our beloved Zelma Gorham, age 95, longtime resident of Travis County, was called home to be with her loving husband of 62 years, Bill, on December 28, 2013, to the safety in the arms of Christ.
    Zelma spent her early married life raising her family as a devoted mother and wife.  After the kids were grown, she became an LVN and worked in both California and Texas. She was a long time employee of John’s Community Hospital in Taylor where she retired.
    Zelma is survived by her daughter, Sandra Gelso and husband, Matt; son, Gene Gorham and wife, Kelly; grandchildren, Jesse, Terry, Sean and Tara; and great-grandchildren, Shannon, Logan and Tyler Vaughn; Roy, Katie, Rhiannon and Kevin Vaughn; Ryan and Ashley Gorham; and Stephanie, Garett and Savannah Lindgren; and four great-great grandchildren. She will also be missed by her nephew, Eric Annis of Dover-Foxcroft, ME, and his children, Ethan, and Emily; and her niece, Lorinda Schrager from upper Montclaire, NJ, and her family.
    Celebration of Life Services were held 1 p.m., Saturday, January 4, 2014, at Providence Funeral Home, TX. Burial followed at St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery – Richland Community (near Pflugerville). E-mail providencefh@sbcglobal.net.
