Reindeer Run 5K set for Sunday

    DOVER-FOXCROFT — In conjunction with the Hometown Holiday celebration, the Foxcroft Academy Key Club will host the second annual Reindeer Run 5K run/walk on Sunday, Dec. 8 at 1 p.m. with registration from noon to 12:45 p.m. in the student center by the east entrance.

    The relatively flat course goes through town and entrants can take part through a toy or monetary donation. Proceeds will go toward the Dover-Foxcroft Kiwanis’ Santa Project, in which the Foxcroft Academy Key Club is sponsoring four children. The first place male and female runners will receive a $25 cash prize, and the race will include drawings for two Christmas stockings and refreshments after finishing.
