Sackett & Brake of Dover-Foxcroft to host Chamber Business After Hours March 14
DOVER-FOXCROFT — On Thursday, March 14 from 5-7 p.m. Sackett & Brake Survey, Inc. of Dover-Foxcroft will hold a Business After Hours Mixer for the business community and general public. As the Piscataquis Chamber’s first Business After Hours of 2019, this event will provide Chamber members and local residents an opportunity to rub elbows with other local business owners in a casual setting, while learning more about other businesses and providers in Piscataquis County.
Sackett & Brake Survey, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary surveying, forestry and land use consulting firm with nearly 40 years of business experience, originating in Skowhegan. S&B staff consists of licensed professional land surveyors, licensed professional foresters, field technicians, CADD operators and office support staff who are also well experienced and trained in all aspects of surveying, forestry and land management with the most up to date technology. S&B takes pride in maintaining a highly regarded reputation for providing extremely accurate professional services, with a client base consisting of private, municipal, government and industrial clients throughout Maine.
Recently, S&B expanded with the opening of a second location at 48 Morton Ave, Suite N, in Dover-Foxcroft. Kevin Sargent, the company’s vice president, said, “Though we have done work in the Piscataquis region for decades, we are based here, now, in Dover-Foxcroft, and look forward to the opportunity to get to know our fellow business owners and local residents. We are part of this community and want to establish those relationships.”
Those who attend the Business After Hours Mixer will have an opportunity to meet Sargent and Stephen Gould, the company’s president, while learning more about S&B’s services. There will be delicious hors d’oeuvres and pastries prepared by Spruce Mill Farms and refreshments including beer and wine. Door prizes will be drawn during the event (bring your business card).
