    Wednesday, Oct. 2 — Beef and noodle casserole, beef gravy, Caribbean style vegetable blend, chocolate chip cookie and wheat roll.

    Thursday, Oct. 3 — Chicken dijon, diced red skin potato, Caribbean style vegetable blend, peanut butter cookie and white roll.
    Friday, Oct. 4 — Beef pot pie, cauliflower florettes, whoopie pie and wheat roll.
    Monday, Oct. 7 — Braised beef with BBQ sauce, mashed sweet potato, confetti corn, molasses cookie and white roll.
    Tuesday, Oct. 8 — Chicken salad sandwich, pasta salad, mixed fruit cup, snickerdoodle cookie and wheat roll.
    Wednesday, Oct. 9 — Ham and fruit sauce, spinach mashed potato, cut green beans, oatmeal cookie and white roll.
    Thursday , Oct. 10 — Tarragon chicken, herbed diced potato, carrots, sugar cookie and wheat roll.
    Friday, Oct. 11 — Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, peas, chocolate chip cookie and white roll.
    Monday, Oct. 14 — Macaroni and cheese, green peas, whoopie pie and wheat roll.
    Eastern Area Agency on Aging’s nutrition program (formerly Meals for ME) delivers noontime meals through Meals on Wheels to those who qualify and serves at Community Cafés where all are welcome.  Cost is $4 (under age 60). Suggested donation of $4 for seniors age 60 and older. Additional donations are greatly appreciated. For a reservation or more information, call 943-2488 or (800) 432-7812
