Barbara Anne Noyes

Little Rock, Arkansas – Barbara Anne Noyes, 61, passed away February 9, 2017, at her home. She was born September 23, 1955, in Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of Clayton B. and Edith A. (Porter) Noyes. Barbara served proudly in the United States Air Force. She will be missed by many cousins.
