MINNIE WELTS BRIDGE SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS

Kelly Bussell, a sophomore at University of Maine in Orono, and Derek McKenney, a senior at UMaine, were awarded Minnie Welts Bridge Scholarships by the Parkman Grange. Scholarships were awarded to the Parkman students at the second annual Minnie Welts Bridge Memorial Supper June 22 at the Grange.

Scholarships are awarded annually in memory of Minnie Welts Bridge (1909-2011), a lifelong Parkman resident, a life member of the Grange and a career educator in Parkman schools.
