Suzanne (Ramsay) Strother

Suzanne (Ramsay) Strother passed away in Minneapolis, Minnesota on October 29, 2017 at the age of 70 after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Suzanne is preceded in death by her husband Joe Strother, sister Patsy Fortier and parents Gordon and Bea Ramsay of Guilford.
Suzanne is survived by her brother Steve Ramsay and brother-in-law Jay Fortier of Guilford, Daughter Kim Scott (Jim Breth) of Greenbush, Son Aaron (Melissa) Scott of Minnesota, daughter JoAnn Strother of Minnesota, and daughter Jolene Strother of Minnesota. She had 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Suzanne was born in Dover-Foxcroft on March 31, 1947 and graduated from PCHS in 1965. Suzanne met Dennis Scott, who was stationed in Dover-Foxcroft, married and moved to Minnesota. She was divorced and then remarried to Joe Strother.
Suzanne was a devoted mother and grandmother who will be missed by many for her warm smile. She loved playing video games with her grandchildren and challenged anyone to a good game of scrabble.
Suzanne wished to be forever with her children and will stay in Minnesota. No service will be held in Maine.
