LIGHT OF CHRIST MEDAL RECIPIENTS

    LIGHT OF CHRIST MEDAL RECIPIENTS — Eion McCloskey, left, and Jorgen Halverson from Sangerville’s Cub Scout Pack 61 were recently presented with the Light of Christ Medal at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Dover-Foxcroft by Father Paul Murray. The emblem is the first in a series of religious medallions that Catholic Scouts can earn throughout their Scouting careers. Over a period of several weeks, to earn this honor, the Scouts completed a workbook, toured the church and were interviewed by the parish priest on what they had learned.
