    DOVER-FOXCROFT — The following cases were heard at the Piscataquis County Superior Court during the months of March, April and May.

    Chad M. Beal, 23, Norridgewock: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, six months in jail; and failing to appear after bailed, 30 days in jail.
    Warren R. Benson, 22, Charleston: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; terrorizing and domestic violence assault, priors, three years in prison, all but one year suspended (first, second), two years’ probation (second).
    Kevin Black, 35, Brownville Jct.: aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, nine months in jail; and operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, 20 days in jail, three years’ license and registration suspension.
    Joseph Day, 30, Medway: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $750 fine, $1,000 restitution.
    Matthew Gilbert, 22, Parkman: OUI, $600 fine, 90-day license suspension.
    Scott C. Gosselin, 24, Dover-Foxcroft: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Isiah M. Gray, 24, Greenville: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
    Richard L. Gurney, 49, Benton: guide knowingly assisting client in criminal violation, $1,400 fine; and hunting or possessing moose without permit, dismissed.
    Jennifer L. Holden, 42, Ellington, Conn.: OUI, dismissed.
    Steven D. Jellison, 37, Corinth: cultivating marijuana, $500 fine.
    James Francis Lonergan, Jr., 32, Parkman: domestic violence assault, 10 months in prison, all but 22 days suspended, one year probation; aggravated assault (two counts), dismissed (each); violating condition of release, 22 days in jail, all suspended; and violating protective order, dismissed.
    Rhonda Parker, 49, Sangerville: criminal mischief, $500 fine, $1,882.13 restitution; and assault, dismissed.
    Christopher A. Storer, 32, Guilford: burglary, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, six months in jail (both), $120 restitution (second).
    Jacob N. Storer, 23, Shirley: OUI, $500 fine, 10 days in jail, 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized use of property, priors, 30 days in jail.
