Ceremony will dedicate school’s Alumni Wall of Honor

MILO — The Colonial Chapter of the National Honor Society at the Penquis Valley Schools is holding a dedication ceremony for the school’s Alumni Wall of Honor. This dedication ceremony will take place

on Friday, May 24 at 2 p.m. in Oakes Gymnasium in the high school. This Wall of Honor contains the names of Penquis Valley alumni who served their country. The individual wooden plaques, which make up this unique display, contain the names of alumni and their service to America. JSI Store Fixtures Inc., a manufacturing business located in Milo, volunteered the labor and materials for making the plaques and assembling the Wall.
All Penquis Valley alumni, who served their country, and their families and friends are invited to attend this dedication ceremony. All alumni who want to be sure their name is on the Wall are asked to contact Russ Carey at rcarey@msad41.us and list their name, year of graduation and service.
