AUGERING WELL — Space is a premium at Frye Cove on Lake Wassookeag as fishermen stand nearly shoulder to shoulder, all seeking that trophy fish. The Dexter Firefighter Association's annual Ice Fishing Derby is scheduled for 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday Feb. 6-7 and 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8 on the lake.
